Certificate and Diploma Courses  £1,800 if paid in full before course starts or £2000 in instalments.

Weekend Courses £300 payable in full at time of booking. See below or on course pages for online or early bird discounts.

 

Payment terms

On all courses we require a deposit of £250 at time of booking to guarantee your place.  This deposit is non-refundable, unless the place can be offered to and is accepted by someone on the waiting list.

Face to face courses may move online because of Covid19. We will give you as much notice of this as possible.


Certificate and Diploma Courses

Best value face to face option – the remaining £1,550 by 7 days before the start of the first module (total paid £1800).

Easy Payment Instalments – Five payments of £350, one before each module i.e. £350 due for payment in full 7 days prior to the start of each weekend (total paid £2000).

Online courses will have a 10 per cent discount.

Monthly payment plans are available but must be agreed in advance with Jill.

We accept local authority and company Purchase Orders/Cheques by prior arrangement.

Webinars and Online Courses

Check web pages for cost and download details. Payment to be made via Stripe link on the page then a link and password will be sent to you. Materials copyright Jill Carter Training therefore not to be shared with anyone else. Fees paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

 

Payment for all courses is by bank transfer to Jill Carter Training Limited or by cheque.

Bank account details for BACS payments are on the booking form.

Cancellations Certificate/Diploma Courses

If you are struggling to attend the course for a valid reason (loss of earnings, serious illness or bereavement) please talk to us as soon as possible as we may be able to help by offering you a place on the next available course. If you can’t afford the course for one of the above reasons, we may be able to offer payment terms. Let us know of changes to your circumstances as soon as you can. We will be flexible because of the pandemic.

 

Cancellation Terms

Certificate or Diploma

If you cancel having paid the deposit, that £250 is forfeited unless a participant from the waiting list fills the place.

If you cancel more than two weeks before the start of the course having paid the full amount, we will return the £1550. And as above, the £250 deposit will be returned to you only if the place is filled by someone on the waiting list. if you cancel less than two weeks before the start of the course, we will retain 10 per cent of the fee paid unless someone else is able to take your place.

If you have to leave the course for one of the following reasons – loss of earnings, serious illness or bereavement – we will do our best to support you to continue either now or in the future. Any money paid (deposit or instalments) cannot be refunded but at our discretion may be used towards the cost of future training. You can only defer training once.

If you cannot keep up the agreed payment schedule without a valid reason, you may be asked to postpone or leave the training.

 

Weekend Courses

All cancellations of weekend courses will forfeit the amount paid unless a participant from the waiting list can attend instead.

On occasion, transferring to the next available weekend course, subject to availability, may be an option. You can only transfer to a different course once.

 

Non-attendance at Certificate/Diploma Course Training days

Should you miss part of a day, a full day or a weekend, a catch up session at a mutually agreeable time will be arranged subject to teacher availability.

There will be an additional charge payable to the trainer on the make up day (at £20 per hour) for this catch up time. This is in addition to the full course fees.

Jill Carter Training Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury during the course. Jill Carter Training Limited cannot help you with the cost of any prepaid accommodation or travel costs in the event of a course or part of a course being postponed, cancelled or moved online.

Signing and returning the booking form commits you to the above terms and conditions.
